Abhinav's basement construction on Brent Stephens Way, Brampton
Abhinav reached out to OCZL after getting possession of his pre-construction home in Brampton. His goal was to construct his basement so that he could rent out that space to tenants and earn more income. His basement was completely empty without a separate entrance, and had no insulation.
We provided Abhinav with a proper floor plan according to city regulations, and worked within his budget to choose the flooring, drywall, and architectural designs. Work started immediately after Abhinav's approval, and our specialized teams were brought in.
A timeline of 3 months was initially approved, but OCZL was able to complete the project a week ahead of time. Abhinav was able to rent out his basement soon after for $1,500 a month.
